She got her start in construction before moving into solar in 2009, eventually rising to lead a residential solar company as CEO and owner. Over more than 15 years, she's guided teams and homeowners through every twist of the industry, from system design to sales to full-scale operations, always with an eye on making sustainable building more accessible. At Lumee Homes, Aimee brings that same blend of hands-on construction know-how and clean energy expertise to help create homes that are built smarter and better for the planet.
Luke Dembeck
COO and Co-Founder
Luke handles operations at Lumee Homes, where he applies over a decade of experience to scaling home building without losing quality. Before Lumee, he ran complex construction logistics — including a 115,000-square-foot Atlanta office tower and one of the largest CLT residential deliveries in US history — giving him a sharp sense of the gap between great design and what actually shows up on a truck, on time, in the right order. At Lumee, he's building the systems, supply chains, and teams needed to grow the company while proving that prefabricated construction doesn't have to mean compromised construction.
Marcos Lagaas
Head of Design
Marcos leads design at Lumee Homes, guided by a simple philosophy: livability by design, precision by principle. With seven years in interior design, property management, and renovation through their company, Stay Cozier, Marcos has personally designed and managed renovations and interior projects, developing a sharp eye for how spaces actually get lived in and for materials that endure. That sensibility, sharpened through years in short-term rentals where comfort and functionality matter daily, now shapes every material, finish, and fixture choice at Lumee, ensuring each home is as warm to live in as it is well-built.
Daniel Siemens
Head of Engineering
Daniel leads structural engineering for Lumee Homes, bringing residential design and prefab construction expertise to every structure. A BCIT Civil Engineering graduate, he built his foundation at an Abbotsford firm designing custom homes, duplexes, and a full subdivision he coordinated start to finish. He later focused on advanced prefab building systems at a leading North American firm, working with architects to turn design intent into structures that stand. As founder of Urban Edge Engineering, Daniel applies that experience to Lumee's steel-framed homes, working to reduce cost and complexity without cutting corners.
Brenda Richey
Director of Business Development
Brenda leads business development at Lumee Homes with a passion for real estate, land development, and building lasting partnerships. A successful land developer and business strategist with more than 20 years of experience in sales and business development, she has built her career by identifying opportunities, cultivating strong relationships, and driving sustainable growth. Inspired by Lumee's forward thinking vision and the diverse expertise of its leadership team, Brenda is focused on expanding strategic partnerships and helping make innovative, high quality housing more accessible to communities across the country. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
