These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of lumeehomes.com (the “Site”), operated by Lumee Homes, LLC (“Lumee Homes,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site provides marketing and informational content about Lumee Homes’ panelized, cold-formed steel-frame home kits and lets you request information and pricing. The Site is not a store, does not process orders or payments, and nothing on it is an offer to sell or a binding agreement. Any purchase would be governed by a separate written agreement.
Lumee homes are designed for storm-prone Southern regions and reviewed against applicable wind zones. No home is marketed as, or guaranteed to be, “hurricane-proof” or “storm-proof.” Final structural performance depends on local code, wind zone, exposure category, foundation design, site-specific engineering, materials, detailing, and installation quality at your site.
When you submit a form, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it (including any phone number). Your submissions are also handled under our Privacy Policy. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or third-party confidential information.
By providing your contact details and opting in, you consent to be contacted by email, phone, and — where you opt in — text message, as described in our Privacy Policy. Standard message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out of texts.
The Site and its content — including text, renderings, images, floor plans, logos, and the Lumee Homes name and marks — are owned by Lumee Homes or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written permission.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping, submitting false information, or using it in violation of any law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
