FEMA-rated safe roomReinforced interior shelter, standard on every model. Engineered for the worst day.
Partial Rough In for electrical and plumbingConduit, outlet boxes, and electric panel installed in factory. Plumbing mixing valves installed in factory panels at primary locations. Final wiring and plumbing connections by your local trades.
